For name corrections: A simple spelling correction is straightforward. However, if you want to change your name entirely, it must be verified against your NID. UUKK's settlement policy for cancelled or abandoned matches depends on the type of sport and the specific circumstances involved.
If the match is cancelled before kick-off: Your full stake is refunded — returned to your main balance with no deductions. Settlement typically takes 2–6 hours.
If a match is abandoned mid-way:
- For cricket: if the result can be determined using the Duckworth-Lewis method, settlement will follow that result.
- In football: if less than 90 minutes are played and there is no official result, bets are generally cancelled and stakes refunded.
- If a specific bet market — such as First Goalscorer — has already been settled before the match is cancelled, that settlement stands.
If settlement is delayed, check the status under your account's "Betting History" section. If something seems wrong, contact Live Chat with the match name and bet ID.
