UUKK Terms & Conditions — Clear & Simple Complete Guide in Bengali

These terms and conditions apply to all services on the UUKK platform — including the website, mobile application, and any future channels launched. Your relationship with UUKK is governed by this document.

UUKK operates under an international gaming licence. The platform provides services in Bengali for members from Bangladesh. It is your own responsibility to use the platform in compliance with the local laws of your place of residence.

• Accurate Information: The name, mobile number, and other details provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. Accounts created with false information may be suspended at any time.
• Account Security: Keep your password and login details to yourself. Sharing or selling your account is strictly prohibited.
• KYC Verification: Identity verification (Know Your Customer) must be completed before making a withdrawal. This is mandatory for security and fraud prevention purposes.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit — this rule is in place to prevent money laundering.
• To withdraw from your bonus balance, the associated wagering requirements must be met. If wagering requirements have not been fulfilled, only the main balance may be withdrawn.
• UUKK does not charge any service fee on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees.
• For unusual or suspicious transactions, UUKK may request additional verification. This is done solely to protect the member's account.

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per mobile number. The same person cannot claim it multiple times through different accounts.
• Bonus wagering means you must place total bets equal to the bonus amount multiplied by the specified multiplier. Example: a ৳100 bonus with a 1× wager requirement means you only need to bet ৳100 in total to meet the condition.
• Once a bonus expires, any unused bonus amount will be forfeited. The validity period is stated alongside each offer.
• UUKK reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer. Bonuses already claimed will not be affected.
• If bonus abuse is detected — such as using betting strategies to guarantee wins or coordinating with others to claim bonuses — the bonus will be forfeited and the account may be suspended.
• Weekly cashback and certain specific offers carry no wagering requirement and can be withdrawn directly. If the offer details state "no wagering requirement," that is guaranteed.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — except in the case of a technical error.
• A "Settlement Pending" status in Sports Betting means the payout will be processed once the match has concluded.

• Where there is suspicion of money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• If it is found that the account was created by a person under 18 years of age.

If an account is closed, you may apply for a refund of the main balance (excluding bonuses) — provided that fraud or illegal activity has not been established.

Members can also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance will be returned to the registered payment method.
